My Levelling Framework

A collection of frameworks and mental models for navigating complexity and accelerating personal growth.

There's a story I tell myself about progress. That it's not a ladder but a long road through shifting terrain, deserts, forests, mountains, each demanding a different version of me. I borrowed the idea from The Wandering Inn, but it's become something else now, a map for how I live, build, and evolve.

The levels aren't about titles or trophies. They're markers of capability: how much control you have over your craft, your time, your emotions, and the systems you move through. You don't climb by wishing. You climb by building, by turning lessons into instincts.
